To qualify for a return, items must be received by Jalacalm within 14 days of delivery. Returned items should be in their original condition with all tags intact, unwashed, and unworn.

We will cover the cost of postage for returns if your order is faulty. For returns due to dissatisfaction or a change of heart, the cost of postage will not be covered.
